CANDLE CARE
Every Scentsuals candle is thoughtfully crafted to provide a slow, even burn and a beautifully balanced fragrance experience. Following these simple care guidelines will help you enjoy your candle at its best.
BEFORE EACH BURN
- Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before lighting.
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
FIRST BURN
Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the vessel during the first burn. This helps prevent tunnelling and encourages an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
DURING USE
- Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Extinguish the flame carefully before leaving the room or going to sleep.
AFTER BURN
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting, moving or replacing the lid. Keep the wax free from wick trimmings, matches and other debris.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- If on skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
- If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
